& Design: This story is about the advent of "alternate"
adult sites featuring goth and punk chics. I tried to capture
the eclectic, dark-tinged world of these divas-with-attitude
using brash color, tattoo art, grunge graphics and goth
type.
The challenge for this layout was creating the mood of the
alt scene with no high res photos of the actual girls in
the story. I researched and bought a variety of photos and
art, created some illustrations and collaged them all together.
I also used my resources and contacts to get "scene"
pictures from friends and colleagues for the interior pages.
