Art & Design: Asked to redesign the 6-8 page industry news section, the CD and I brainstormed and renamed it "News Desk", with the stories on actual notebooks, pads of paper and other items atop the desk of an old-fashioned news editor.Then I got to work finding, prepping, retouching and collaging all the images to make it happen.

In addition to industry news, this monthly feature has contests, factoids, comics and more, so I wanted to carry the entertainment over in to assorted and humorous items that appear on the desktop. Every story would have at least one accompanying image and would be presented on a unique substrate.
