Project: News Desk monthly feature, August Publication: AVN Online Art & Design: (Continued) I researched, purchased, silhouetted and retouched dozens of photos for the title treatment and desktop items. Stories were submitted by the editor in Word and we worked closely deciding in what order they would appear. Headshots and logos were supplied, but often poor quality, so I put each logo onto a different office or novelty item to add interest, humor and production value. I read each story and decided upon an accompanying image—which I would create or purchase—then compiled all the art elements in Photoshop and type elements in Quark.
